Pinnacle Premier Bank provides Pinnacle Premier Bank, a customer relationship management platform for sales, marketing, service, field service, commerce, loyalty and partner teams.

How the platform works

Every organisation, person and household has one record. Sales, quotes, orders, invoices, cases, visits, campaigns, loyalty points and partner deals all attach to that record, so every team sees the same history.

Staff sign in to the back office with a role that decides what they can see and do. Customers, business contacts, partners and employees can sign in to their own portal.
