Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Pinnacle Premier Bank provided by Pinnacle Premier Bank ("we", "us"). Some services have their own conditions, shown when you sign up for them. If they conflict, those conditions apply.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may act for it.

3. Keeping your account safe

Keep your password, PIN and two-step codes secret, and tell us straight away if you think someone else knows them or has used your account.

4. Using the platform

Use the platform lawfully and do not try to reach information you are not allowed to see. We may suspend access that puts other people or the platform at risk.

5. Orders, invoices and payments

Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown on each quote, order and invoice. Where a payment needs your PIN, entering it confirms the payment.

6. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

7. Liability

We are responsible for losses caused by our mistakes, but not for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
